There has never been any proof for the assertion that the Russians hacked the DNC.

He’s in jail in the UK. That’s why the American judge, Sarah Netburn, said: ...if the “royal court oblige, the interview of Assange would proceed via video conference.”

She’s asking the British court to compel him.

I'm no lawyer, but it seems to me that any judge who requests testimony in a civil case from someone who is under indictment for a criminal matter should be laughed out of the legal profession.

Assange: "Oh, sure -- I'll come right over there and testify under oath in that stupid lawsuit while you've got a bunch of criminal charges filed against me."
