The Trump administration will offer up to $10 million to any individual who provides information about foreign hackers who seek to influence the outcome of the 2020 election.
The reward is available under the State Department's Rewards for Justice program to anyone who can provide the United States with "information leading to the identification or location of any person who works with or for a foreign government for the purpose of interfering with U.S. elections through certain illegal cyber activities."
The United States is seeking the identifying information of perpetrators of interference in "any U.S. federal, state, or local election," according to the State Department.
The Trump administration vowed to prosecute any person who aims to commit computer fraud relating to the elections, including hacking into electronic voter records and polling sites.
Foreign meddling in U.S. elections has been among the top concerns leading into November, in the wake of efforts by Russia and other countries to tip the scale of the 2016 election.
What is really needed is a bounty on anyone who harvests another persons ballot.
Yes there should be a substantial bounty for anyone identify anyone who is Bonnie, or committing election fraud.

This is more than Obama ever did. He did nothing, except spy on a campaign, and then devise a plan to conduct a coup to cover it all up.
Twitter.
Facebook.
Yup. Twitter insiders are interfering in an election.
I'm a hell of a lot more worried about domestic 'hackers'..I.E.: Crooked Precinct Captains, Crooked County Clerks and Crooked Secretaries of State.
George Soros.
Where do I go to get my money??
The problem lies with the State Legislative Bodies (house and senate) - the State's Governors and his/her Administers necessarily follow.
As an Attorney, What I would say is that we are all often taught from a young and early age that there are three branches of government.
However, there is a fourth branch of government called "Administrative Agencies" e.g. the EPA - because they create the Rules and Regulations and they interpret the rules and enforce the regulations - not the courts.
I still dont quite get what ballot harvesting is.

If the Democrat Party is beholden, even enslaved to the Chinese Communist Party, that might just well lead to the conclusion that Democrat efforts to commit election and vote fraud are foreign inspired. Wouldn’t that call in the “Bounty”, possibly shaking loose mid level Democrat Party operatives, and driving them to expose what we all already are aware of: the greatest threat to democracy in the U.S. is the Democrat Party.
How about a bounty on foreign Illegals who seek to influence the outcome of the 2020 election by voting illegally?
I think I finally figured out ballot harvesting when Nevada passed the law this week. Their law allows ANYBODY to grab the ballot of a person in a retirement home (for example) and return it. The person returning the ballot does not have to be related to the person to whom the ballot was mailed. The person returning the ballot can have NO relationship to the voter not even a friend.
This allows for wholesale vote fraud from any institution that receives ballots for residents.
Think about crooked postal service employees intercepting mountains of ballots and giving them to the Local ComDem Central Committee.
If a person does not receive his or her ballot and files a complaint with the registrar, whats going to happen? They will probably be mailed a new ballot or told to go vote in person. But that first lost ballot was voted by the crooks.
My absentee ballot is numbered and tracked to me. Mail-in ballots will not be identifiable or tracked to the intended recipient.
This is the complete end of election integrity.
