Herschel Walker, a Heisman Trophy winner and member of the College Football Hall of Fame who went on to play twelve seasons in the NFL, posted a video on Twitter on Sunday taking American professional sports leagues to task for their approach to Black Lives Matter.
America wake up, Walker says in his tweet, if we love our Country, lets speak up, stand up and protect it.
For the first time in a long time I stopped in the middle of my work-out because last night I saw something that really, really disturbed me, Walker said. I saw a bunch of people holding a BLM sign burning the Holy Bible, burning the flag of the United States of America, also burning the cross.
And I started thinking, he continued, that NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB: Is this the people you are supporting right now, is it the movement, is it the organization, because I dont think thats right.

Herschel for anything!
The NHL is not far behind.
LOL! Mrs. rktman mentioned maybe watching nhl last night and I had to let her know they are currently becoming more ‘woke’ so, they’re out.

Herschel is a class act. Makes me proud to be a UGA grad, just like Jonathan Isaacs makes me proud to be an FSU grad. We need more men like these.
I’m glad that I’m from Georgia
And not from Georgia Tech
I’m glad that I’m a Bulldog
and not a Ramblin Wreck....
Surprised I couldn’t find that classic song on youtube
Terrific backs
In the days when RBs were winning the Heisman
He sure makes that New Orleans QB look stupid.
Was BLM taking over cities and burning Bibles years ago?
The crisis is happening now. Now is the time that brave people need to be speaking out publicly.
Thank you Hershel Walker!
Better late than never, but the fire has already started. It is now popular to stand with BLM. Those little white kids do not know who Hershel Walker is, they will keep protesting.
Yes, on cities streets and highways just a few cities a couple years ago. The protest started in 2014, the protest got bigger and more outrageous with each protest.
2020 too many to list
2016 Dallas (note 5 police officer shot during those protest)
2016 Pittsburgh
2015 Baltimore
2015 Charleston dyann roof shoots up church
2014 Ferguson
Herschel is also the player who is single handedly responsible for turning the Cowboys into champions.
His trade to Minnesota involved 18 players and draft picks giving Dallas the chance to put together the team that would win championships.
Unfortunately Herschel himself would never play in a Superbowl.
I’d like to see some of those pasty-white, snot-nosed soy boy white BLM rioters try to tell Herschel off. He could flick them away like flies.
Yes, I remember that big trade with Herschel Walker and the Cowboys getting those draft picks. The Cowboys had a few terrible seasons, but rebuilt quickly.
If I recall correctly, Jimmy Johnson resigned after the 2nd Super Bowl championship, apparently finding Jerry Jones hard to get along with, if we can believe some of the gossip.
GOD BLESS YOU, Herschel Walker!!!!
You need to run for President after Donald Trump’s second term
is over!!!!!!!!
I think the back breaker for Johnson was Jones taking to the sidelines and hogging the spotlight towards the end of that second SB.
Two type A personalities that mixed like oil and water.
Supposedly Jones was pretty decent to the players. The coaches? Not so much.
“ow bout all those instances of crosses burning in the yards of black families?
Is this now woke to their grandchildren?
Those who forget history (or was never taught to this generation by their lefty teachers) are bound to repeat it!”
Try my relatives. In a nice Northern city too! With all those woke nice Northern people. Not one peep about that cross that still haunts them.
Thank YOU Herschel Walker, Damn Good Dawg
