I think what will be mandatory is a visible sign that one has received the vaccine; the lack of such a marker will mandate the individual to wear the mask...

I do think this election will influence what ultimately is imposed in the US>
I have family overseas and worry about what they will be required to do. too many countries will simply defer to the WHO to do the heavy lifting.
