Meanwhile, vaccines save hundreds of thousands of American lives every year and millions of lives around the world every year. Vaccines wiped out smallpox and pretty much erased measles, mumps, pertussis, polio, and many other terrible disease from America.

No, you aren't. That isn't how the human immune system works. Your body doesn't attack DNA or RNA. It attacks foreign proteins and other foreign objects. Vaccines work by providing the body with the glycoproteins (antigens) of a particular pathogen so T-cell and B-cell immunity is activated.

If any of your body's cells were to have antigens from a a pathogen in them, they absolutely should be killed. That means they're infected. No cells in your body will ever have the glycoproteins of SARS-CoV-2 on them. None. If somehow that were to ever happen, there is something so horribly wrong with that cell that it should be immediately destroyed. And it will be, naturally, by your body. Because your body would immediately recognize that glycoprotein as foreign and NK T-cells would immediately attack and kill the cell carrying them. That would happen with or without a vaccine.

No, they don't. They never do that. Such a vaccine would never make it to phase 1 clinical testing. It would be stopped in animal testing. If somehow it did make it to clinical phase 1 testing, it would stop there. You just spread a lot of falsehoods. The smallpox vaccine for example killed more kids than the disease did. That’s just the start. At the end of the day though, nothing good comes from using aborted babies in the development of these vaccines. If I knew nothing else, that would be enough.
Vaccines generally work only when the disease is ease to detect, and is not extremely infectious. Small pox was very easy to detect. And it was deadly. So it could be eradicated with use of the vaccine and water treatment as well. This took half a century and a world wide effort. That same effort has not yet wiped out Polio, although that one is close. The other diseases you mention show up in the US every year. We have cases of measles every year in the US. In 2019 we had over a thousand cases reported.
In other countries like China, there are huge groups of children who become very ill and even die after taking vaccines. The US drug makers test vaccines over a very long period before they are allowed to widely distribute the vaccine. And even when a vaccine is approved it is often associated with adverse reactions. HPV has caused more cases of ASIA as it supposedly reduced cases of cervical cancer. With 13 thousand cases of cervical cancer per year, we are causing 5000 cases of ASIA while reducing cervical cancer by 1000 cases. Not worth it.
Outside of a very few success stories, vaccines never equal eradication. They simply reduce a disease. In some cases they work for a year or two. In other cases they can provide immunity for decades. But with a virus like covid, vaccines can never hope to eradicate the virus from the world or even the USA. It will be here for a century at least.
