The Florida Department of Health announced 9,007 new cases of COVID-19 in the state on Friday, bringing the total number of coronavirus cases in the state to 470,386 since the pandemic began.
For the fourth day, the number of reported deaths of Florida residents broke a record. On Friday 257 new deaths were reported, surpassing Thursday’s single-day record increase. It’s the third day in a row with more than 200 new deaths. COVID-19 deaths in Florida are at 6,843 for Florida residents since the pandemic began.
Manatee County had six new deaths reported, to bring total deaths to 182. One new death was reported in Sarasota County, for a total of 120.
Sarasota County’s COVID-19 case numbers rose by 145 cases since Thursday, for a total of 5,588. Manatee County had 180 new cases, for a total of 8,517.

Were this deaths from heart attacks, Stroke, walking in the park, or falling of a bar stool? I don’t know what to believe anymore with these numbers?
And Florida has more elderly than any state.
We need to see a breakdown in the ages of those who died.
They do call it God’s Waiting Room. That needs to be taken into account.
I’m in Florida. I think the counts are highly suspect. I think they must be counting someone who was never hospitalized but at some point at a positive test and later died of non-related cause such as stroke and used the test to mark it as a Covid death.
Remember too that reported death is not the same thing as daily deaths. From what I have read the actual death rate from Covid is declining.
With COVID-19 or due to COVID-19?
Yes, they are and they also tally death stats from previous days. Deaths reported today may have happened anywhere from weeks to months ago if it was not clear as to cause of death. In other words, these deaths did not happen yesterday, but were recorded yesterday.
Look at how many deaths are in Miami-Dade and Broward over the last couple weeks. Weeks and weeks of rioting in the big urban dumps couldn’t have anything to do with it? It couldn’t be rioters bringing Beer Flu back to their flabby land-whale diabetic single parents. Weeks and weeks of the numbers going steadily down, until the rioting started. Yeah...

I agree. I’d also like to see the national numbers on deaths from stroke, cancer, heart attacks, etc this year...and compare them to previous years.
Given that actual statistics show deaths are released in BATCHES and not specifically on the date of death, the data is not correct.
I also notice that New York state’s covid death numbers have dwindled to almost nothing. Has New York’s governor exported all their elderly and sick to Florida now? Haven’t they always? Just wondering...

Florida has two issues. One is that they are literally testing every single cadaver they have in the state. Someone can die of a gun shot wound or a car accident or fall out of a tenth story balcony. And if they test positive it will be counted as Corona.
The other problem for all the border states as well as the southern hub airports is that South Americans and Central Americans are fleeing to the US for hospital treatments here. Some are immigrants but many are just expats, afraid to use the foreign hospitals. This has nothing to do with lock downs. It has everything to do with reliable healthcare. Our cases are not going up because we have bad healthcare. Its because we have good healthcare that people are coming with the virus.
Government reactions and Lock downs don’t have much of a correlation with virus cases. All around the world you can find countries who did not lock down and have few cases. And other countries who got killed locking down. Different counting strategies and different testing strategies create very different numbers. Also, some populations tend to get the virus worse than others. The Mumbai slums have not locked down. But their case count is relatively small. Our big fat Americans with their standard American diets are dropping like flies.
I don’t understand why Jim Robinson and the moderators allow such obvious lies to be published on freerepublic on a daily basis. All of these numbers are obviously made up, the death toll is padded, multiple tests have 100% positive, which is absolute nonsense! And you people keep believing that bull crap!
The question, i guess, is how many people are the democrat mayors of the two big cities willing to kill to try to make a political point?
Several data markers point to a view this pandemic was planned. For example, Event 201 backed by the Gates Foundation was an uncanny planning session for a coming pandemic that was held last October 2019.
Fauci declared perennially in the past there would be a pandemic and said in 2017 regarding the new Trump Administration there was no question an outbreak would occur in about 3 to 4 years that would be challenging to the new administration. But he’s always talking such things as all federal leeches like him lobby Congress and Administrations for funds for their fiefdoms.
Fauci also diverted funds to Wuhan for research connected to the Coronavirus after Congress shut down such research in the US. The funds were cut off because they were used to develop a weaponized virus to test vaccines against (yeah, sure, whatever). When funds were cut off, Fauci diverted millions in existing unused funds to Wuhan. He is also a patent holder to related virus and vaccine elements. He is also an advisory board member to the Gates Foundation as well as a public admirer of Hillary Clinton.
And to top it off Fauci declared in years past (2013) that Hydroxychloroquine was an effective treatment for Coronavirus. And there is a well-understood reason for that, it ‘closes the door’ (binds to the ACE2 receptor) that the Coronavirus uses to enter a cell. But now in 2020 Fauci is adamant that Hydroxychloroquine is ineffective against the Corona virus.
Just three days ago, Fauci stated the following:
“I go along with the FDA. The overwhelming prevailing clinical trials that have looked at the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine have indicated that it is not effective in coronavirus disease,” Fauci said on Good Morning America Tuesday.
He says this in the face of the fraudulent study that attempted to discredit Hydroxychloroquine that was pushed into the prestigious medical research journal ‘The Lancet’, a study found to have falsified data causing the Lancet editorial board to RETRACT the study, something unheard of in their history. The characters behind these scams are the same type that falsified climate change data pushed into journals. This is a cult of scammers, they subscribe to the Marxist tenet that anything goes, anything, when it comes to combatting your enemy, lie, cheat, steal, murder, nothing is held back.

And note that Dr. Zelenko, who is a conservative Orthodox Jew in New York with a devout faith in God and who is a brilliant medical doctor, has submitted a ‘clean’ study to a prestigious medical journal, submitted with two other highly respected and prolific research authors, submitted for peer review which will certainly be accepted. We can take it to the bank there is no ‘fraud’ in the Zelenko study.
Another data marker, the CDC collected and promulgated Coronavirus data later found to be false, prompting the Trump Administration to take that task away from the CDC. The CDC has flooded the fake news with false data and conclusions that play up the pandemic for use by the leftist agenda to keep the US shut down so they can pull off election fraud through mail-in voting.
And why would he CDC do this? It’s easy, just look at the facts of the people there:

If we need a focus point, it’s that Obama politicized every organization in the country. We are living with the fallout of the Obama years. Now Obama himself was not capable enough to pull this off. Obama was a puppet of the left and also a ringleader.
So the question for this thread is who are these people in the Florida Health Department? What’s their backgrounds? Where did they come from? What are their political affiliations?
Doing so would violate CDC guidelines for death certificates (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/nvss/vsrg/vsrg03-508.pdf) and probably amount to a criminal act for falsifying government documents.
The CDC guidelines directly state that the underlying cause of death must be established, which is “the disease or injury which initiated the train of morbid events leading directly to death”. It further states that the circumstances around this cause of death must be “compelling within a reasonable degree of certainty”.
Are there instances where somebody makes a mistake or does something wrong? Of course; we’re talking about government employees after all. But who is this fool who’s risking prison time and a loss of license to forge medical records and official government documents?
