MAKE HCQ AND ZINC SULFATE OTC DRUGS AND THE PANDEMIC IS OVER.....IN THE MEANTIME TAKE A ZICAM TWICE A DAY.........
If you are looking for a prophylaxis / treatment alternative, consider EGCG (from green tea) or quercetin. Both are available as supplements and there is a growing amount of research that shows they have a similar effect to hydroxychloroquine. EGCG seems to be the better of the two, but quercetin being more known. There is even a Canadian study underway on quercetin’s effectiveness against COVID. Regardless, either one must be taken with zinc. Zinc is the key as it prohibits COVID’s replication. But it must get into the cell to be effectiveness. This is where Hcq/EGCG/Quercetin do the trick. They are zinc ionophores that facilitate the transfer of zinc past the cell membrane.
Here’s a fascinating study with photos showing its effectiveness:

30 Jul: The Hill: FDA chief: Hydroxychloroquine use a decision between doctor and patient
By Tal Axelrod
Stephen Hahn, the commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), on Thursday declined to take a definitive stance on whether people should take hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for the coronavirus, instead saying that decision should be made between a doctor and a patient.
We had data that when this drug was combined with others, there was some risk associated with that. But the question youre asking me is a decision between a doctor and a patient, Hahn said on NBCs Today show.
A doctor and a patient need to assess the data thats out there, FDA does not regulate the practice of medicine, and that in the privacy of the doctor-patient relationship is where that decision should be made....
The FDA withdrew an emergency authorization last month over growing evidence from several trials showing the drug is not effective at treating COVID-19 and can possibly harmful side effects, including heart rhythm irregularities...

This article from the April 2020 issue of Infectious Disease Advisor has footnotes citing other earlier studies on chloroquine. Well worth a read.
