It would sway enough voters, I think.The "October Surprise" is one of the most overused and overblown terms in politics. I don't think any election was decided because of one either. I mean everybody thought Trump was finished after the Hollywood Access video but he won anyhow. Bush still won his election despite the last minute DUI revelation...
So even if full footage is released of Bill Clinton and others engaged in pedophilia on Epstein's island, it will not affect the outcome of the election. People who are for Trump will vote for Trump. People who hate Trump will not vote for Trump. There is nothing that can happen at this point (or in October) that will change the outcome.
