>>>Constitutionally out of the question

Which is why it should NOT be asked - and should not be celebrated by anyone who loves the constitution. I am amazed at people on here who say they love the constitution who so easily throw their principles out the window because it suits their purposes.

Constitutionally out of the question

...and yet look at all the constitutionality violated already this year from banning churches from holding services to jailing business owners just for trying to open their shops.

What Trump is trying to do is get the Left on record that they won't delay the election over COVID. And there's no reason to.

“Constitutionally out of the question“

Where does the Constitution say anything about “Presidential elections”?

WRONG. Dates of federal elections are set by Congress, NOT by the Constitution. Only the inaugural date is Constitutionally mandated.

The date for the election is set by statute, not the Constitution. The only “Constitutional” limitation is that both Houses of Congress would need to pass it first.
