Yes, it does need to be asked because the Dems are demanding universal mail in voting “due to COVID”. If that happens, the fraud will be monumental. So the President is countering by asking the question.

Back up, Sparky. In neither of Obama's elections did democrats change the voting protocol from in person voting to mail-in voting --- with reports of fraud and abuse throughout the primary season we know where this is headed.
For years Republicans have been demanding "someone" do something about the rampant voter fraud headed by democrats .... well, now someone is.
