House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Jim Jordan (R-OH) on Wednesday, during a contentious exchange at a hearing, asked fellow committee member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) why his wife, a former Treasury Department official, unmasked Michael Flynn.
Jordan had just finished questioning Google CEO Sundar Pichai over the search engines bias against conservatives and whether he would commit to not interfering in the upcoming election to help Joe Biden.
After Jordan finished his questioning, Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA) called his concerns fringe conspiracy theories.

Fastest gun in the east or west.
Probably the same reason that everyone else on the list did it. Obama ordered it. Taking out Flynn was what the Spy in Chief wanted so the sycophants obliged.
Speaking of scumbags, isn’t it about time for the judge to make a decision on the Flynn case? He can’t keep it up in the air forever.
We have to come up with a more genteel way to call the scumbag a scumbag. Maybe start referring to him as The Disgraced Former President Barack Obama? All it would take is the first news person to utter it and the wailing would confirm the truth.
He did, he got his en-band hearing!
I thought he was GAY.what a puss.
Jim Jordan is what all Republican Congressperson should emulate.
He is very quick witted.

How many spouses of elected members of congress are embedded in our government as paid employees of the various agencies. The elected spouses in congress get to vote on matters that affect their government employee spouses such as pay and benefits. How cozy and nice that must be. The incest within the federal bureaucracy is absolutely astounding. Husbands in one agency, wives in the same or another, and of course the adult children are at the trough as well. Nepotism at its finest.
Disposition of the case is on hold by order of the DC Circuit Court.
The DC Circuit has been asked to rehear the case, this time with the whole court (11 members) because the trial judge, Sullivan, disagrees with the outcome.
The DC Circuit hasn't yet expressed whether or not it will rehear the case.
Flip a coin which way it goes. The explanation will be some rule of law gibberish, but the real reason is rarely stated.
There is no deadline for deciding. Right now the DC circuit has had the "should we hear this en banc" question in its hands since July 9, and 10 days ago it received all the legal arguments it asked for.
If it rejects the petition for rehearing, case disposition should be immediate, which in judge-action-land means "when I get around to it," I give it a week. If they decide to rehear the case, at least a month, and easily half a year if they want to drag feet.
The courts are dirty as sin.
I thought he was GAY.what a puss.
If you’re referring to Raskin, IMO he’s simply a low life weasel. As I once heard; “wouldn’t trust him in an outhouse with a muzzle on”.
Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA) called his concerns fringe conspiracy theories.
She calls a fact a “theory”. I’m starting to see more of that
Is Mary Gay?
