The best strategy Democrats have regarding the rampant crime and violence in cities like Portland is to pretend it doesn't exist.
Trump-supporting journalist Austen Fleccas had a very simple question for Congressman Jerry Nadler. “There is violence across the whole country. Do you disavow the violence of Antifa that’s happening in Portland right now, these riots?” Instead of coming out with the easy answer of, “Yes, I disavow all violence by any group regardless of political ideology,” the detached Representative from New York had a very different answer.

He was quickly ushered away into a car as Fleccas pressed him with facts about the actual violence happening in Portland and other cities across America. Nadler didn’t take the time to fix his obvious mistake, opting instead to walk away and leave his “myth” narrative hanging. Twitter conservatives pounced.

They seriously have no clue. Jerry Nadler isn’t alone in this belief, either. Ask any Democrat in DC to disavow Antifa and Black Lives Matter violence and you will get placating, misdirection, and sidestepping. I agree with you. The Republicans in the house and senate refuse to fight.
When the Democrats and BLM want to create a new national holiday (Juneteenth), at least 3 Republican senators proposed doing away with Columbus Day.
When a police officer in Atlanta was attacked by a criminal with a taser which ended in the death of the perpetrator, Senator Mike Braun (R-IN) proposed ending qualified immunity for police officers.
Don’t get me started on funding for the UN, Planned Parenthood, NPR/PBS, etc.
Republican voters deserve better.

Maybe it will work out for the best.... When Portland authorities demand Fed assistance ($) for rebuilding, we can remind them that the riots were a ‘myth’.
Having produced a few gastric surgery videos in the 90s, this is a man-child who clearly had to have been told MANY, MANY times that he can no longer over eat in the manner that he used to - yet obviously does. This fool is a poster boy for the obtuse, so this should be no surprise.

Nadler is the type character that most voters want to rule them. You can tell a Nation’s character by who they pick to lead[in this case, rule]them.
There are a lot of things that are myths, Jerry, but the clearly documented Antifa violence is not one of them. Those things that are myths include:
-Politicians are the brightest and the best in our society
-Democrats care about ‘the little guy’ and about minorities
-Barack Obama ran a scandal-free administration
-New York City is the center of human intelligence and wisdom
-People with pedigreed educations are smarter than everyone else and should run things
-Trump colluded with the Russians
-You can trust CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, and NBC
-etc.

According to my meat-head son in law it is Trump who sent in the military to violate the Geneva convention using tear gas and maiming people with rubber bullets and arresting hundreds of people without charging them or identifying who they are that is provoking all the violence. Short answer-Trump’s fault.
I was simply dumbstruck by how easy it is for the left to manipulate the young into accepting their propaganda.
Nadler is a walking freak show.
