They actually did it. So think about it.”
Its called a joke dude, Russia didn’t do anything for Trump, they never operate like that. Trump was just being “funny”

And Hillary hadn’t been SOS for several years when Trump said that, so obviously his comments made at that time could not have had anything to do with whether or not they had them. Swalwell is stupid or lying about the timeline, not to mention his comment just highlights how dangerous and reckless Hillary’s behavior was.
