Ratings for A&E Network have plummeted since it canceled the hit police reality show “Live PD” on June 10, a sign of how much the network relies on law-enforcement programming.
Average prime-time viewership for A&E between June 11 and July 19 was 498,000 people, down 49% from the same period last year, according to data from Nielsen. In the key demographics of adults 18-49 and 25-54, the declines are 55% and 53%, respectively.
The ‘woke’ fools are getting their just deserts.

Maybe A&E can score a future contract for some of the basevall games that no one will be watching.
I used to like A&E when it had Columbo, Ellery Queen, City of Angels, Delvecchio, Lou Grant, Police Story, O’Hara, U.S. Treasury, McCloud, and The Fugitive.
A&E years ago and the Hallmark channel were my wife’s favs.
Even before we cut our cable, she stopped watching A&E.
We have let the HallmarkGay channel lapse.
I quit watching A&E back in 2003 when they canceled the Arts and Entertainment and put “reality” shows in their quest for cheap stuff that young men will watch.
I could watch 3hrs of recorded Live PD in less than an hour.
A person can only watch so many DUI's, lesbian cops trying to pile on AFTER the (real) backup officers show up. Or screaming black women going on about how they didn't get the right change, or their order was wrong, or name it.
The host was a douche. "Sticks" (what's that all about?) was a bore and the only one with class was the black guy.
The best cities were Pomona cops, Salinas, and Danny Brown, whatever city he was in.
Sadly, in most cases the policemen and women should be ashamed for some of those videos where they allowed themselves to have their weapons taken from them or caught off guard for any reason by some low-life.
I am shocked by how many people have needles and use drugs. And by how many people have no license or NEVER had a license, expired tags and therefore no insurance.
Switch I don’t have. Harry O. is one I am not sure I’ve ever seen.
I have the boxed sets of Cannon and Barnaby Jones. All of Kojak the series, never got into the later movies. 4 of 5 seasons of Streets Of SF.

You mean the mid-season replacement “Real Stories of the De-escalation Patrol” wasn’t pulling in the numbers?
My son and his wife always watched it, but only for the parts of their city. Then A&E added more cities which reduced the parts for their city, so they stopped watching it. A&E should done a second program like CSI: Miami/LA. Not that it matters now.
So what the hell else is there to watch?
