“So the federal government can tell private companies to sell goods at the price the government dictates.’

No, it is telling drug companies you can’t sell drug X for $50.00 in Hong Kong and $500.00 in the US. This actually happens all the time. I have a prescription that was under $50 US dollars in HK. The same exact drug by the same manufacturer is $583.00 in Houston. There is no free market involved. If you need a drug it is often paying for it or die.

To be fair, PDJT should do an EO that limits the ability of ambulance-chasing lawyers to sue over the side effects of drugs. I think a huge part of this problem Dewey, Cheetham & Howe having their fat fingers in the pie.

You don’t have to go to Hong Kong. Think of all the people that ask why we can’t buy our drugs in Canada where the prices are lower.

Dewey, Cheetham & Howe have their fingers in just about every pie in America. You cannot even have kids visit your house any more to play with your children without worrying about those guys. Outside of the most extreme cases, there is nothing you can show me that would convince me that medicine has gotten much better since lawyers got involved. A percentage of every dollar you spend goes to lawyers.....
