Steve Deace who is well connected. I did not get the impression it was confidential because when a campaign moves resources out of state, it is rather obvious. Most of the folks are moved to another state and ad buys/cancellations are public. As far as the internal polls, that was private, but I believe when a campaign makes "public" its internal polls, even if it is just one state, the campaign wants people to know the status, probably to get them motivated.

This will be the most odd campaign we have ever seen. Trump still has not rescheduled the NH rally and may not. It's possible he will not be able to hold one rally - it's too early to know. Trump has got to smoke Biden out of the basement, but not certain how he can do so.

I’m working with a Congressional campaign in VA and we’ve seen no change in the behavior of the Trump campaign.
