business owner need to start taking the cities to court to have the court ORDER the city to stop the riots.
The Supreme Court has already ruled they can’t. The most they can do is *maybe* sue for damages afterwards.
I see the common sense of your post, as in a world where law and order still works, it’s a great idea.
But considering what’s all going on, business owners taking cities to court to stop the riots is a little like the Polish taking the invading Nazi armies to court for invading their country. It will never happen.
