I don’t know all the details here. I heard that some DHS agents acted unprofessionally but again, not the details.
IMO they need to be 100% professional. They need to wear uniforms, insignia and badges, and read every suspect their Miranda rights.
I understand some people may resist arrest. LE needs to handle that proportionately. Rumors swirling about black SUVs nabbing people off the street - if true, it is not professional. Sure, LE can do surveillance but when it comes to making arrests, they need to be totally professional about it. Light up the blue and red lights, announce their presence as law enforcement and order compliance from the suspects.
If it were true it wouldn't be a rumor, it would be a fact.
Miranda right must be given before questioning. If the arresting office asks no questions Miranda isn't required.

Actually the gray SUV just sat where it got parked. Guys in camo uniforms that said POLICE on the back in big letters, and with badges on their shoulders made the arrests. The one arrest I saw on video was not violent and not resisted.
Honore is a far-left Democrat. He’s part of the team decrying the FEDs showing the locals they could have easily ended violence in their cities.
