The husband and son of a federal judge in Newark, New Jersey, Esther Salas, have been shot, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone told ABC News. The judge’s son is dead, according to law enforcement sources. The condition of husband was not immediately known. Judge Salas, the first Latina to serve on the federal bench in New Jersey, was not hurt.

Doubtful. The son was only 20 years old. I suppose it might have something to with the hubby, he’s a defense attorney (and seriously injured from what I saw elsewhere).
Also saw elsewhere that it’s probably not the Deutsche Bank litigation, despite it’s connection to Epstein it really has nothing to do with Epstein, just shareholders bitching about the bank’s enabling of him.

surprisingly, A Federal judge hasn’t been specifically targeted and killed since the 1980’s although a judge was killed in the Giffords shooting i believe.

Yes, that is correct. I don’t remember his name, but he was an R appointed Federal Judge. And also a little girl was killed. But of course they’re forgotten as it had to be all about some random map that Sarah Palin posted on FB or whatever.
I lived in West Hudson County, Kearny was were I was born. Kearny was named for it’s most famous local son, Union General Phil Kearny. Now I live in Ocean. Bricktown.
