In NYS they lock down and/or penalize healthy people while confirmed positives are allowed to run around loose with zero penalties.

FWIW, I have no problem with getting medieval on the heinies of confirmed positive individuals violating a quarantine order.

It’s doing the same to healthy people that’s wrong.
