A teen suspected in the fatal shooting of an 8-year-old Atlanta girl during a deadly holiday weekend turned himself into police, authorities said Wednesday.
Julian Conley, 19, faces a murder charge, as well as another for aggravated assault, in the death of Secoriea Turner. Warrants were issued for his arrest Tuesday, Atlanta Senior Officer Tasheena Brown told Fox News.
He is being held in the Fulton County jail, according to jail records.

I can’t believe how many people have this guy convicted and ready for the firing squad, on nothing more than an arrest report.
There is a reason the police call him a SUSPECT...not a killer.
We have no idea how much actual evidence they have, no trial has taken place, he won’t even be arraigned for at least a day or two, and you people are screaming for the rope to hang him with.
He may actually be the shooter, I don’t know, I see ZERO EVIDENCE of that. I see the arrest of a suspect, nothing more.
IF convicted, and that’s a big IF, then you’ll see me saying I’ll bring the rope. Until then, the best I can say is IF he’s guilty, I want him hung, beheaded, drowned, boiled in oil and castrated...on the courthouse steps...
But only AFTER a conviction...until then, he’s a SUSPECT and gets the exact same presumption of innocence most of you loudly proclaimed Donald Trump should have during his impeachment farce, Roger Stone, Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, Bret Kavannaugh, must I go on?
The phrase “innocent until proven guilty” is supposed to be stil in effect in this country, no matter how heinous the act he is accused of.
