Bill Stepien will replace Brad Parscale as manager of the Trump campaign, the president announced Wednesday night, shaking up the leadership of his stalled reelection bid.
Parscale will stay on in his role leading the campaign's digital strategy and will serve as a senior adviser, Trump said. Parscale was the digital guru of the president's insurgent 2016 White House bid, but had not worked as a campaign manager prior to taking that role ahead of the 2020 race.

You STILL haven't chipped in to defend ....
ALERT: President Trump texted you and you didn't responde....
Yup. And he's still heading up the digital branch ... he's super good at collecting data and making sense of it and running the digital rallies and campaign events. I hope he keeps up his twitter account.
Except they didn't.
Demote Smelly Kelly.
Well thats a bad sign
Why?
Oh, and...
Welcome to FR.
So Trump added another player and gave him a title. In small business titles are a dime a dozen.
Yep
Fallout from the empty seats at the Tulsa rally, Id bet. Mega-sales overhyped by Parscale.
Could be. Trump expects results. Especially when you say you can deliver them. Never make the boss look bad. ...
How does this not signal Trump thinks he is losing. And the day Quinnipiac comes out with a horrible poll for Trump
Except they didn’t.
I meant to say that.
Why not?
Hilary should have done that in 2016 and she may have won.
Same with Dukakis in 1988.
These guys remind me of university presidents. One place tries to get theirs to quit, or be fired and so he or she goes on to a new place saying they want a new challenge, as the new face there, but then replacements all stink and are pushed to somewhere else. With amounts like $500,000 and $1-2 million a year in salary and bonuses guaranteed. At two where I worked they paid them off to leave early to get rid of them. What a racket.
Parscale is a very valuable asset to the campaign. Being great in one function does not mean one can be great at another.
Now Donnie needs to fire that pissant, Fauci.
The only way Trump saves face to the donors is that if Brad resigned
Man, Trump’s tough. You perform for him, or you’re out. With the exception of family, there isn’t an ounce of sentimentality in his decision making process, which is a good thing for someone at the top. Bill Walsh was another one who stood out in that regard: He was talking about trading Joe Montana at the height of Montana’s career! Gave most Niner fans the vapors.
It just means Parscale wasn’t a good fit for campaign manager. He is still a great fit for the social media operations.
Looks desperate
