The first COVID-19 vaccine tested in the U.S. revved up people's immune systems just the way scientists had hoped, researchers reported Tuesday. The shots are poised to begin key final testing.

The testing is looking for the right dosage which obviously is causing adverse side effects if it is too much.

Several studies have now confirmed what some front-line physicians have been saying since March: Early treatment of Covid patients with zinc and the malaria drug hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is indeed effective. US doctors have reported a reduction in hospitalisation rates of up to 84% and a stabilisation of the health condition often within a few hours.
Zinc has antiviral properties, HCQ supports zinc absorption and has additional antiviral properties. These drugs are supplemented by doctors if necessary with an antibiotic (to prevent a bacterial superinfection) and a blood thinner (to prevent infection-related thromboses and embolisms).
The alleged or actual negative results with HCQ in some studies were based, according to the current state of knowledge, on delayed use (intensive care patients), excessive doses (up to 2400mg per day), manipulated data sets, or ignored contraindications (e.g., favism or heart problems).
Sadly, the WHO, many media and some authorities may have caused considerable and unnecessary damage to public health in recent months through their negative stance, which may have been politically motivated or influenced by pharmaceutical interests.
French professor of medicine Jaouad Zemmouri, for example, estimates that Europe could have avoided up to 78% of Covid deaths by adopting a consistent HCQ treatment strategy.
The new immunological results also mean that “immunity passports” and mass vaccinations are unlikely to work and are therefore not a useful strategy.

These vaccines are costly because of the number of man hours and cost of specialized equipment to develop them. They are developing a protein that is part of the physical structure of the virus. When that protein is released in the human body, it triggers an immune reaction that is put in a biochemical memory. Any presence of the protein from the virus will trigger the attack to destroy it. I would guess, it is the protein spike that mates with the lung cell’s ACE-II receptor. If that protein were to change, because of a mutation, it would never be able to enter the cell through that receptor. They don’t want a protein that will be subject to mutation, rendering the vaccine ineffective. Getting that protein to trigger the T-cells that are the attack squad of the immune system is the trick they have to get right. That costs money and it is not as simple as I described.

The virus hijacks the RNA dependent RNA polymerase, a ribosome. This is the cell’s assembly mechanism that are used for creating new protein parts for a new virus. HCQ creates a pathway into the cell for zinc sulfate where it interferes with the ribosome’s ability to create new parts. Meanwhile, HCQ blocks the virus’s entry into the cell. That is a double-barreled sabotage of the virus.
What actual real-world benefit is there with their 'stronger" antibodies? Do they know what level/strength individuals need to fight it/ D some folks have fewer "weaker" antibodies because their bodies decided it had things under control and didn't need to produce more?
After such a short time, how can they claim zero bad side effects? They really need to add the "so far" caveat.

I think you responded to the wrong person - I mentioned none of what you seemed to be replying to.
The only way to test for long term effects is over the long term.
By definition, any CV vaccine _cannot_ be tested for long term effects in a few months.
Therefore, any claims such a vaccine is safe is laughable on its face, and anyone making such a claim is either a liar or an idiot.
Maybe for the individual but governments will be paying for it.

No it doesn’t. the “serious”’all happened with the highest dose which will be omitted from the next phase. It included such things as fever, chills and muscle pain. No big deal. Don’t want the vaccine? Don’t get it. But it will be good news for healthcare workers and those at high risk.
