Lifetime appointments are absurd. A constitutional admendment requiring the forced retirement at age 80 of any Federal judge is necessary. Her clerks are the real Justice. Does any rational person believe that she writes or knows what is being done in her name?

Should something happen, it boggles the mind - this issue will take over the Presidential campaign. Does Trump try to cram someone through in 16 weeks (almost impossible and Turtle won’t help)?

But the issue of Supreme Court Justices will be front and center. Keeping the Senate (don’t hear about that too much these days; must be good for GOP) will be absolutely imperative.

Economy keeps growing (fits and starts), a vaccine is all but on the way and Supreme Court replacements looming - all good for Trump.
