Judge permanently blocks Georgia's 'heartbeat' abortion law

ATLANTA - A federal judge on Monday permanently blocked Georgia’s 2019 “heartbeat” abortion law, finding that it violates the U.S. Constitution.

U.S. District Judge Steve Jones ruled against the state in a lawsuit filed by abortion providers and an advocacy group. Jones had temporarily blocked the law in October, and it never went into effect. The new ruling permanently enjoins the state from ever enforcing House Bill 481.

In his ruling, Jones said that part of the law "violated the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution."

In response to the ruling, Gov. Brian Kemp said that his administration would appeal the decision.

"Georgia values life, and we will keep fighting for the rights of the unborn,” Kemp said.

It is well past the time to put Federal Judges in their places are regards to the Laws duly established by the States.

ONLY the US Supreme Court should have any say at all. One Federal Judge/Potentate should never be able to overrule a State legislature & Governor.

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Apparently in his addled mind, if you aren’t born yet you don’t have any immunities or rights.

When Roe v Wade was decided, it was limited to the first trimester. That decision was in error and a flagrant violation of the right to life-an unalienable right granted by God. It should never have happened.

That said, When did the Supreme Court say it was ok to kill the baby after the first Trimester? Never that I recall and certainly not up until the minute before birth or after birth.

Ruth Bader Ginsberg was asked on CSpan about Roe v Wade. She said at the time, it was thought that certain groups should not procreate. I wonder which group that was-apparently Margaret Sanger thought that one such group was the Negro(that's what they were called in polite English back then).

Now Planned Parent Hood has admitted in Court that they sell baby parts and organs-sometimes the heart is even still beating during their process. There is no anesthesia for these babies as they are dissected and pulled apart.

Could this lucrative horrendous practice be the reason for all the pressure for later and later abortions?

DemoKKKrats are all for abortion, and act like they are some virtuous people in support of BLM. I don't know how the heck they think that murdering black babies is better than slavery-which by the way the DemoKKKrats fought to keep.

This judge needs to be impeached, recalled or whatever it takes to get rid of him/her/it.

I have decided that any one that tells me they support abortion-I’m gonna ask them how come they support Black Genocide, and advise them of RBG’s comment in addition to the following Factoid:

“Since Roe v. Wade legalized abortion in 1973, abortion has killed an estimated 20 million black babies — more than the entire black population of 1960. How does this benefit the black community?”

How can a judge overrule a state law? Someone please clue me in!

Judges are gods over all of their domain, including silly irrelevant old pieces of parchment like that annoying US Constitution.
