Baby killers are a scourge. They almost make me wish for CW2. Not quite. But it would be nice to have enough decent human beings in Congress to begin impeaching and removing the obvious tyrants in black robes. Fantasy, I know.
Did the learned judge say which part of the 14th Amendment the abortion ban violated? Sections 2,3,& 4 deal with the ex-Confederacy, so it must be in section 1 which reads:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
It can’t be the first sentence and it can’t the second part of the second sentence. So it must be hiding in the first part. The judge is saying that abortion is a “privilege or immunity” of a citizen of the U.S.

I just re-read it and agree in principle. The problem baby killers have is no one has defined what a "person" is as written in the 14th. To most of us who understand a fetus with a heart beat is a human being and not a bunch of cells, they always fall back on that. In this matter, I am SO ashamed of my country, especially now that some States allow abortion up to the moment of birth. Just plain ass murder.
Your version of abortion can be from the time a spermatozoa fertilizes the egg, as is the case with Judeo/Christian beliefs. Don't know about other religions. My cut off point is when the heart starts beating.
