Of course racial restrictive covenants are no longer allowed.

However, restrictive zoning has the same effect since the folks from the Trenton hood could not afford to live there.

That is why most northeast rural towns have more moose families than black families.

So any zoning designed to foster a less congested housing area is inherently racist?
