Stop me if you have heard this before: A Trump-era federal agency made a decision that led to widespread misunderstanding online that snowballed into a wild overreaction on Twitter, cable news, and the like. I know, it is hard to keep track.

Harvard and MIT are suing the Trump administration for following existing law relating to student visas.
From this has come a reaction in the form of the criminal conspiracy to violate federal law on the subject which is a felony. The colleges are conspiring to commit fraud to get around the law.
Harvard has announced all of their classes for the upcoming school year will be online only. Full price, of course. So why do these students need to be in the US when they can be anywhere in the world that has internet service???
And with John Roberts on the Supreme Court they might just win.
My guess is that the Trump administration’s real aim is not to exclude foreign students but to pressure colleges to offer in-person classes this fall or risk losing their full-tuition paying foreign cash cows.
