Doubtful. They were already trending up and July 7 was their highest point so far. The incubation period averages 5-6 days, so probably there is something else going on.
Nothing going on, increased testing will ultimately show 50 percent of our population are positive with no ill effects. I am of the thought time will show this Covid was the biggest hoax in history.
