Are cases infections or just cases? Do cases just represent the increased testing? Do cases due to testing result in hospitalizations? Do cases due to testing result in deaths?

I would like to know these questions.

EVERYONE coming in for “routine tests”, imaging, and elective surgery gets a COVID test.

And well all know that more testing >>> more “cases”.

Ho$pital$ get a big federal check for each COVID patient.
