The judge in Michael Flynn’s criminal case asked a federal appeals court Thursday to reconsider its ruling last month ordering him to dismiss the prosecution of the former national security advisor to President Donald Trump.
Judge Emmet Sullivan’s lawyer asked for a so-called en banc review of the decision of the appeals court, which would involve all active judges on the court to re-hear the case.

Trump can pardon someone convicted.
Flynn wants his guilty plea excused, and then to be set free.
Remember...Flynn plead to the charge already. (I understand why, and that the prosecution wants to change their mind.)
Accepting a pardon is a de facto admission of guilt (at least it was with Nixon.) Flynn doesn’t want that.
Any idea of a time frame as to when the court will decide?

He’s been told to rescue his mission or his dog, cat, kids, wife are going to wind up in some lake. Behavior is that of someone that is being threatened.
