The crime differs from intentional murder in that it results not from a specific, conscious intent to cause death, but from an indifference to or disregard of the risks attending defendant’s conduct.” 60 NY2d at 274.

Cuomo brought this entire death sentence on beginning with Sancturary State and Cities which brought the virus to New York from hoards immigrating there. He empties the state’s coffers supporting illegal aliens and when the opportunity became available he put Covid patients into nursing homes to generate revenue from the Federal Govt’ even though he had Javits Center with 4600 beds and staff to operate it and had the Naval Hospital Ship with 1000 beds and the Staff to operate it. He knew exactly what was necessary to generate revenue and line his own pockets with the kickbacks from insurance companies. He should be prosecuted.
