Bringing their asswipe voting habits with them

It’s a good demographic-political trend that will last decades.

If you are a home owner or business owner in a long term democrat controlled city, you are fooked.
Restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. closed due to COVID power mad mayors. Looting and rioting. Degraded city services. Defunded police. Streets not safe.
The tax base has been voluntarily destroyed. But pensions will be paid. Your property taxes are about to go from insane to ludicrous.
Those that can get out are gettin out. To the outer suburbs or small to mid cities with some sanity left to battle BLM thugs.
There is low to no demand to buy in a big city now. It will only get worse too. Very hard to sell a house or rent commercial space without significant price cuts.
Property taxes WILL be paid.
The most truly fooked are those who purchased expensive and/or fixer upper homes or started a small business, with all life savings, in “gentrification” neighborhoods expecting that sweet equity.
The donut hole city model is returning.
After the 60’s riots, people & businesses moved out of the city into the suburbs, leaving the city center a husk of its former self.
Some cities, like Detroit, never recovered. Others, after a few decades, did.
Now the donut is back.
A spiral to the bottom. The tax base is leaving the cities. These “demonstrations” these city leaders allowed will be harming those who needed help the most...just like most Leftist policies.
I called this a month or two ago.
Guess who else will relocate there?

This was predicted in 1992 by Harry S. Dent. He was ahead of the game and we liked his projections. We left the city and split our seasons between two small towns.
It can’t be beat, the police reports are more humorous than bloody. Most of the criminals are bears and moose.
In the early eighties there was an influx of NJ and NY folk into Vermont.
They thought the whole state was what they had seen in Bing Crosby movies and Newhart.
In short order, they started getting elected as Selectmen and Reps. Then they started changing laws “to keep Vermont, Vermont.”
By the time I sold my parents home the taxes—that were $1,200 a year—had shot up to $13,000. I couldn’t cut down trees on my property without a literal act of God. I could not use the brand new septic system installed on a small lot because it was put in before the permit system was in place.
It had become a marxist sh!t hole—and this was in the Northeast Kingdom; one of the most depressed counties in the country.
So my advice to anyone in a rural area: Treat the newcomers as we were when we moved to New Hampshire. Don’t elect them to anything. Remind them they are outsiders. Don’t deliver food to their new housing areas. It will keep them from trying to run the place.
I don’t want them in my town. I don’t an influx of liberal voters bringing their warped ideas on governance here. Stay in your decaying big cities. You created them, live in them. If you don’t like them change them.
Liberal refugees, don’t vote for what you fled.
The real virus is spreading, mentally ill liberal radicals that created their bed they dont want to sleep in now.
All part of the plan to turn the country blue.
Maybe transplants from Dem controlled cities and States to
Republican cities and States should be “quarantined” for two years from voting in local and State elections.
After two years of living in a ‘red’ community they might vote differently than they would have previously.
Big cities are almost invariably Democrat strongholds. Who needs that?
