This untalented son, IIRC, of longtime columnist Mary McGrory couldn’t cut it as a columnist. Dull as could be. But still the nepotism in the media world is strong and he somehow got kicked upstairs to editing.
So he’s ready to sacrifice meritorious whites who actually work their way up and earn their positions in order to throw folks off his privileged scent.
"Your skin color is your uniform!" - George Lincoln Rockwell
In America 2.0 there are no jobs or promotions for whites.
The Slimes sold off the Glob a while back, *only* losing about $1B on the original acquisition.
I think John Henry, the owner of the Red Sox, owns the Glob.
Back during Bush43, a black Boston city councilman and a black activist minister called up the Glob saying that they had proof that the US Army was raping Iraqis.
The paper sent a reporterette down to take a look, and she told the editors that it was a bogus story. The editors said to write it anyway.
The Glob published it, and iirc, with a couple of the alleged, - least one explicit - photos that turned out came from a Serbian(?) porno site.
I think there was only one other "news" organization, a London paper, that fell for the fake story.
Sounds like the newspaper is setting itself up for a race discrimination law suit.
Facing the Ocean every day helps to provide focus.
Brian McGrory is the cousin of liberal battleaxe Mary McGrory (d. 2004), who never met a commie she didn’t like. A superaged Jane Fonda.
Masters and Slaves.
It’s been going on since LBJs “Great Society”.
” assess their work through a racial lens,...”
Isn’t that the very essence of racism?
The precursor to this was that businesses, especially STEM businesses, touted that they will only hire younger workers because their brains are much more innovative. Alrighty then. So now they are doing the same with racial hiring. Although this was done somewhat during the 0Bummer admin in which several businesses touted they would not hire white workers or specifically stated white workers need not apply.
In the case against age discrimination, it is not discrimination unless the most skilled worker is over 42. I am waiting for someone to sue a company like this into oblivion based on racial discrimination because they are white and did not get the job.
Actually, this is good news.
Who are the white "journalistic" interns but Bernie, Obama, and Hillary lovers? These types deserve to have the door slammed in their faces because of their "privilege".
HAHA! losers!
The personal life is dead. Now, everyone will be judged politically.
- Strelnikov (Dr Zhivago)
All the more reason for every white person to cancel any and all print subscriptions that don’t involve woodworking, cars or guns.
We can be a little more creative than that about establishing a nexus. We need to find a journalism graduate from Paleo, Idaho, and sue in an Idaho court where the judge is a hunter and NRA member and the jurors eat raw meat for breakfast.
McGrory has been editor of the Globe since 2013 and now, all of a sudden, he wants all non white interns. Why didn’t he start at the top and insist on all non white editors. Oh, that’s right, he is an editor and he is white. He should throw himself on his sword to signal his virtue and quit in favor of a black editor filling his slot...but he won’t
That’s not having a Subway so the other boroughs can’t infect us helps
I was told by a corporate recruiter in 1975 that as a white male he would have trouble placing me, but if I was a woman or especially a black woman he could get me an interview with any Fortune 500 company I wanted.
Or biracial like the Bambster. Does he get the job, but only gets to work half the summer?
We had a program like that until 1865. Strangely, almost no one wants to revert to that program. Incidentally, the population that stayed home and waited for the checks included only a minority of whites and a few blacks. I’m ignoring here the very young and the elderly and disabled, who relied on the work of others because they couldn’t perform much on their own.
