So this 15 minute lecture to those . . . recalcitrant officers by an otherwise obscure governor overrides the POTUS at Mt. Rushmore?? In the accompanying photo to this rebuke the chastened officers, have to sit at attention before her like props. Now, what is more outrageous, the editorial choice to marginalize the speech or the "little talk" of that governor.

Wish they’d repeat to her face what they said before (”eff Kate Brown”), but it’s not worth losing a pension over. That’s how they force compliance.
