Pneumonia is pneumonia. Generally thought to be parynchemal infection of pulmonary tissue and also referred to as airspace disease
Coma ishardly ever used in the medical record
Sepsis is sepsis as defined by the surviving sepsis literature
multiorgan system failure is a constellation of symptoms that describes a patient condition and is not unique to any single pathology
