How so? I live in NC. I wear hearing aids and still don’t hear well. Masks make it impossible for me to understand anything. It’s very frustrating. I’m in tears just thinking about another 3 weeks or longer of this hoax.
The mandate is so ambiguous that it’s not applicable. All you have to do is step 6 feet away from anyone and you’re in compliance.
I believe if there are no exemptions based on disability the order is in violation of ADA.
“Disability is defined as a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, a person who has a history or record of such an impairment, or a person who is perceived by others as having such an impairment.”
There is also the matter of those who have health conditions which are aggravated by fully covering the nose and mouth with a mask. Especially if it is properly applied allowing for no gaps.
Youre kidding yourself. This is going to go on for at least another 4 1/2 months.
My daughter has the same problem. Needs to add lip reading to her hearing aids to make it all work. Sorry for you, best wishes.
Yeah masks make everyone sound like a drunk H1B Indian. Mumbling and slurring all the words.
Here is a good article on it, but it is for a different state: https://www.wtol.com/article/news/health/coronavirus/is-mandating-masks-constitutionally-protected-in-ohio/512-593232e9-c573-4ecb-9240-b9223580a0a2
This is better:
Remember that during Smallpox they DID have the right to force a vaccination. But you didn’t pay for it.
