What makes you think a military trial is superior to normal due process. Eddie Gallagher (Navy SEAL)and others (look them up!) would very likely be able to tell you a thing or two about how honest that process is!

Actually Flynn suing might be the best way to actually get justice. As Billy Ray Valentine (Eddie Murphy) said in “Trading Places” sometimes the best way to get back is “..make rich people poor people...”. Imagine a civil suit where Biden, Zero, Hellary, others had to financially dismantle those financial boondoggles they built up to pay the settlements.
