It's still sad we'll have to collectively cough up the cash and Comey, Obama, Priestap, Strozk, et al won't.
I think you missed that part: since the investigation wasn't done in good faith, they've lost qualified immunity.
So YES, they can be personally sued and I hope General Flynn does just that.
