Attorney General William Barr is bringing increasing clarity to the focus of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s criminal investigation into the conduct of the Russia collusion investigators.
In a series of recent interviews, the nation’s chief enforcement officer has dropped some big hints about what is under investigation, who is and isn’t being investigated, and what evidence uncovered by the Durham team is emerging as important.
Barr also has suggested what events in the timeline are emerging as important in the 2016-17 effort to find dirt on President Trump and his campaign and transition team.
Here are the seven most important revelations Barr has made over the last month.
1. Timetable: Durham’s investigation has been slowed by the pandemic. But some action is expected by end of summer, and the probe could stretch beyond Election Day.
Barr told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo on Sunday that the coronavirus has slowed Durham’s ability to interview witnesses and use a grand jury if needed, though he did not officially confirm there was grand jury activity in the case.
"It is a fact that there have not been grand juries in virtually all districts for a long period of time,” Barr said.

2. Barr believes evidence used by the FBI to justify opening an investigation into the Trump campaign’s ties to Moscow was very thin.
I would say non existent as in zero.
Hints? I want him to drop some indictments already.
“As to President Obama and Vice President Biden, whatever their level of involvement, based on the information I have today, I don’t expect Mr. Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man,” the attorney general said last month. “Our concern over potential criminality is focused on others.”
This troubles me.

Obama will never be held to account for anything because BOTH parties assisted him in violating the Constitution.
That will be kept hidden at all costs.

#6 disturbs a great many people. It is becoming more and more apparent Obama and Boden not only knew what was happening but, were directing it.
The prevailing reason given for not pursuing either is, that criminalizing the Presidency would forever become precedent, and going forward the opposing party could pursue criminal charges against any president thereby rendering the presidency an irrelevant, cowering, powerless figurehead position.
So, the AG is going after the people charged with carrying out the attempted coup. To prosecute them. As a deterrent for any others to never carry out such schemes again even if the current president wants and encourages or, even orders you to do so.
First we had to wait for the Mueller BS report.
Then we had to wait for the IG report.
Then we had to wait for Huber.
Now we’re waiting on Durham.
It never ends.
Durham is not the only federal proscuter involved in investigation wrongdoing by the previous administration.
And, I heard when Barr said that about 0bola and Bitem - he said something along the lines of “as of today” he had not seen evidence leading to them. Paraphrasing. Very tight legalses, he was reading from a paper.
1. One crime
2. One victim
3. Case was cut and dried
4. They had all the evidence right away
It still took ONE YEAR to bring the case to trial due to legal hoops and requirements.
In this situation:
1. Dozens of criminals Including former big name former government people
2. Dozens (and dozens) of crimes
) 3. Foreign governments and assests involved
4. Many different jurisdictions/areas
5. Every case has to be air tight, no do-overs, only one chance to get them

What’s criminal and what’s “not nice” are two different things.
I think about 73% of the people in this country have forgotten that basic fact.
I’m including people from BOTH parties.
There are a lot of republicans wearing rose tinted glasses.

Hey Barr, STFU and do something or youve proven again it’s a two tier justice system.
Eeyores don’t want to get it. For reasons known only to them. I do have theories though...
#6 is why Susan Rice will be the VP nominee.
