Brooks was acting like a drunk retard, pretending he could not understand anything the cops said to him. Every question, every instruction, had to be repeated multiple times. Brooks responses were rambling & evasive; he was obviously hiding something.
I was amazed at the cops’ patience. I would have lost my temper.
