I NEVER believed that MILLION ticket thing.
Somebody convince me that the “Javanka” team doesn’t have influence out of proportion to their competence. Please.
the President LED while Biden hid.
Huge CAVEAT - there is still the impression of that we are still in a pandemic. Not one mention of Covid or Pandemic in the article.
Deja Vu 2016 all over again.
Trump does not have a chance... ho hum!
Keep saying “flop”. We have to get people to believe it.
It was a flop. Flop. Flop
Reports from Trump supporters there indicate they were prevented from entering beyond a certain time, and all entrances were closed.
Was this sabotage?
During the 2016 campaign, were indoor events ticket only with free online signup?
This is optics and misdirection. Giving the media more cheese in the maze while Trump and his team assess the situation. Trump knew what was going to happen that’s why he kept saying over a million people got tickets. Sometimes you gotta take the L (which really it wasn’t, only in the eyes of the media/Dems) and do a do-over. I bet this doesn’t happen again. The Left blew their wad on this and now Trump’s team is going to expect it.
I’m forced to agree. Parscale dropped the ball on this one.
Getting over 1 million requests for a market the size of Tulsa should have raised his antenna to online pranking. Instead he built an outdoor overflow stage that was never used. Violence from BLM protesters and media fearmongering should have been anticipated. And for God’s sake if you get 800,000 requests in 2 days don’t EVER publicize it or everyone else will give-up trying.
Hopefully they have learned from this.
It is no big deal to make some mistakes in June—that is the best way to learn...
Campaigns that get in trouble are the ones that are overconfident and think everything is going great—just ask Hillary!
And we should believe Gay Benson because...why?
Parscale made a mistake. Ok. Dont do it again. Everything Ive seen from and about him, tells me he is incredibly smart and talented. Yeah, I think he can be a bit arrogant, because he knows hes smart and talented.
I hope he is admonished and allowed to improve performance. He is worth it I think.
They should never had changed the original date. They fell right into that Juneteenth Trap.
LOL. Townhall is a RINO joke. The minor Tulsa embarrassment is already forgotten.
BS
18 million watched his speech and fired up the troops. Next event will not be fooled.
Their mistake was touting the million ticket request. They may have been skeptical about it, but even if they weren’t, keep it quiet.
There’s no doubt in my mind that MANY people who had been planning to go changed their minds when they heard about a crowd anywhere near a million. What a logistical nightmare that would have been. I dare say they decided to stay home, thus the high numbers of tv viewers.
One million attendees, along with the lineup starting on Monday, and that would keep me home.
