WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made this statement on the Trump Administration’s intent to nominate Jay Clayton to be the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
“According to Attorney General Barr, the Trump Administration intends to nominate Mr. Jay Clayton to be U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. “I have not been contacted by the administration in this regard. However, I know Mr. Clayton and believe him to be a fine man and accomplished lawyer.
“As to processing U.S. Attorney nominations, it has always been the policy of the Judiciary Committee to receive blue slips from the home state senators before proceeding to the nomination.
“As chairman, I have honored that policy and will continue to do so.”

Safely renominated, Lindsey can now return to being a tool for the democrats.
Can’t say I’m shocked but I am surprised he didn’t wait until after the election.
At this point this is simply no reason for any Trump voter to ever vote for the coup supporting GOP in the post Trump era.

In case you do not know, the SDNY District Court judges voted unanimously to appoint Berman.
How could Trump passively watch that happen and do nothing about it for 26 months?
The Southern District of New York is probably tied with the District of Columbia as the most politically important judicial district in the country.

Exactly. Frankly, none of the current GOP Senators are deserving of Trump voter support. They are all coup enabling Senators who have violated the oath they swore to the Constitution.
Graham was, is and always will be nothing but and empty suit.
Graham certainly was not an empty suit when he advocated for the Mueller Coup in 2017. Going so far as to threaten POTUS not to fire Mueller and write a Mueller Coup protection act.

Hannity is conservative for pay like nearly all the chattering classes. He got divorced and seems to be mailing it in the last couple years. Sitting there like a lap dog while GOPe guests spin on his program.

There is no jumping to conclusions. I am not referring to just this, but his history of inaction while saying he is going to act — and much of that was said on Hannity. The man is an empty suit and one not to be trusted. You can if you want, but I won’t until he backs up his words with actions.
Please just wait until Hannity has Graham in to explain why you and I need to support Graham because he’s fighting for us

Yep, linda won the primary going away as she always does with the rats crossing over and voting for her. The November general is a foregone conclusion.
McConnell should step up to the plate and tell linda no, but he's a RINO and won't.
