‘Early-onset dementia’? He’s 77, for gawd’s sake. He’s more than due to have his gears starting to strip. I know there are people well into their 90’s and are still sharp as a tack, but 77 is not ‘early’. Joe’s been slowly going full Woody Woodpecker for at least 20 years.
