The Police are finally getting smart. If I were a Policeman and had a wife and kids, I would find another line of work. The sun would not set on my ass in a Police uniform.
Atlanta Police Department Twitter said they’re experiencing a “higher than usual number” of call-outs (officers calling in sick) for the next shift. But not to worry; they have the “necessary resources” to protect the city and its residents.
Translated: the walk-off/sick-out is real, and the significant numbers being reported earlier are probably accurate.
