It’s worth remembering that these are the guys that took their SU-30MKIs and beat F-22s with them.
The Indians have been busy with high altitude war versus Pakistan for years. Their Russian aircraft are being flown by well trained pilots and might challenge China in the air. Their artillery has lots of experience at altitude and the Chinese have little operational experience. Their officers are chosen by party bureaucrats. Don’t underestimate the Indian military.
