You can actually see him running from the cop then turning, and he points the taser in the direction of the cop. Looks like the taser fires at the cop And also looks like the cop fell, but the tape stops there.
I saw a tape that ran a little longer. While you could not see them, you could still hear the cops arguing with Rayshard after he was shot. He continued resisting.
