The irony is that black women police chiefs are in vogue nationally. Collectively they are failing to understand much less do their jobs. They lack the balls to actually see that laws are enforced. They have their jobs to insure political correctness, to fill a position with a black face
Black and female and police chief is failure even if pretty and rosey cheeked like the one we see on TV.
