Protesters set fire Saturday to the Atlanta Wendy’s where, the night before, a black suspect was shot dead as he fired at two white cops with a stolen police Taser.
Angry crowds protesting the racially charged shooting of Rayshard Brooks, a 27-year-old father of four from Atlanta, also shut down an interstate highway.
Crowds of several hundred had gathered outside the fast-food restaurant all day Saturday, but began breaking windows of the establishment after sunset, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
A fire started inside at around 9:30 pm., according to the paper.
As smoke billowed from the restaurant, some protest organizers encouraged demonstrators to go home, but police moved in to make arrests, the outlet reported.
Brooks was fatally shot by an Atlanta police officer during a struggle after he failed a sobriety test in the Wendy’s parking lot.

It’s already happening here between the Hispanic and black gangs.
Has been happening in LA. Mexicans are pushing blacks out of their historic neighborhoods. And the Mexicans are not afraid of the blacks at all. There is no brown shame and definelty no kneeling to the black mob.

How did it burn down? Seems the fire department could have
put it out. I assume gasoline was used and the streets were blocked? Maybe the security cams will give evidence.
I would bet that many of the staff at that Wendy’s are African Americana and now have no job. Same is true for the burned out and looted businesses in Minneapolis.
I would bet the staff was probably mostly Hispanic.
Not going to help race relations between Blacks and Hispanics.
I think Trump will get a much higher percentage of the Hispanic vote than before because of all this, they may not like Trump personally, but they can see the alternative will be even worse.
Outstanding point. I have asked this myself. I believe the faster a suspect is moved into custody and out of the crime scene the better. Police tend to just let the situation dictate them as time goes by.
Going to rain tonight and tomorrow in Hotlanta, but the rest of the week will be lovely weather for bonfires and CNN camera crew beatings...
The liberal white kids who are doing this are far more racist and evil than what they claim to be railing against. Those punks need a comeuppance.

If he wants it back, he's going to have to crawl back to get it when he's sober - with the Taser he stole.
They need to teach some of the police common sense.
Apparently it was blacked owned and they just donated $100,000 to blm.
