Atlanta police shot and killed a black man late Friday night following a struggle outside a Wendy’s restaurant on the city’s southside, in an incident that inflamed tensions over police use of force and racial injustice that have roiled Atlanta and cities across the nation since the Memorial Day death of George Floyd at the hands of police in Minneapolis.
Video of the shooting of 27-year-old Rayshard Brooks, who had allegedly fallen asleep in his car and blocked the restaurant’s drive-through, went viral across social media. Protesters marching for a third weekend in Atlanta for justice for Floyd and other black men and women killed by police quickly demanded a full investigation Saturday of the Brooks shooting, and the Georgia NAACP called for the termination of Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields.

I’ve thought of that too. Just not worth the hassle of trying to arrest them. These guys were a little dumb though since they had the car and could of had someone pick him up later at his house.

Any race of person that does this deserves the response they get. Especially if they aim a weapon back at police while running away.
Dude was brazen enough to take a cops taser and then point it back at the cops while running away. I dont care what color you are you’re going to get shot. And I do not have a problem with that. Not one bit. Especially when you are in the wrong and the officers are not acting under color of law. Dude falls asleep drunk in a wendys’ drive through, and then fights being arrested for an obvious dui, then beats on cops, gets one of their tasers and points it at the cops following him after hes running away from them.
Black people do not act like normal people while being arrested. they act like black people. they pull this fighting and attacking cop sh1t. Thats why they get shot.
Normal civil people do not do this. Urban black people cannot act civil. To wit, the riots and lootings nationwide. Act like civilized people you get treated like civilized people. Fight with cops while getting arrested for something you obviously did - the dui, the drugs on you, the fighting, etc - and you will be treated as the dangerous thug you are.
Soon, maybe the gas station next to Wendy’s will explode. Already looted....should cause quite a fire.

Yeah Gee, back in the 1960s the parking lot at Atlanta/Fulton County Stadium was known as a crime infected crud hole. Of course that was the original stadium. Are they now on their 3rd or 4th baseball park? The Olympic baseball stadium is now a football venue for Georgia State. The trend for major league sports is to move to the suburbs to avoid the crime of the inner city democrats.
